About the 5th Symposium
The Fifth Symposium will again, we hope, build on the discussions of the previous events.
We intend to look at (amongst other things)
- musculo-skeletal disorders, whether or not they can be caused or contributed to by vibration.
- ergonomics (from an engineering perspective)
- Mock appeal - we shall have a mock appeal from the mock trial of the 4th Symposium
- Dame Janet Smith has kindly agreed to judge
- Representation: Michael Spencer QC for the Claimant, with Catherine Foster, Michael Rawlinson QC for the Defendant
